"Finally got shoes that actually fit"
I stopped in looking for running shoes and, i wish more places handled it this way. The staff was really patient while I tried on a few pairs, checked my fit properly, and didn’t try to push me into buying something just to make a sale. I left with shoes that actually feel right, which apparently shouldn’t be as rare as it is. Nice store, too.

"It arrived exactly when they said it would..."
It arrived exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The box had a small dent on one side, okay, not thrilled about that, but everything seemed fine overall.

"Website was fine, but a bit confusing"
The website was okay to use overall, but I was a little confused trying to get around. The navigation felt kind of clunky, and I had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed

"Surprisingly solid shoes"
I bought these sometime last month, or maybe late the month before, I can’t remember exactly, but I’ve been wearing them often since. They feel really solid and the quality is better than I expected. Happy with them so far.

"The selection was small and..."
The selection was small and kind of disappointing. I kept hoping there’d be more options, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again got really annoying.

"Return process made me lose trust"
I tried to do an exchange, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The return took forever, and the whole process just left a bad taste. I don’t really feel like I can trust them to handle things smoothly anymore

"Good value without overthinking it"
I usually just do the quick mental math of, “Is this worth what I’m paying?” and in this case, yeah, it definitely was. The prices felt fair, and I ended up getting what I needed without feeling like I overspent. Solid value overall.

"Community side feels weak"
I was expecting a bit more from playmakers.com when it came to the community side of things. For some reason, it just feels quiet and not all that welcoming. A lot of posts barely get any replies, and it seems like the same handful of people are the only ones actually talking. I also haven’t really seen much activity from support or the mods. The site itself is fine enough to use, but the whole engagement/community part definitely needs some work.

"Shipping was kinda faster than expected"
I ordered from playmakers.com and my stuff showed up way quicker than I figured it would. The tracking was easy to follow too, so that was nice. No issues at all, just kinda happy it got here so fast.

"Almost Right, but the Wrong Size Was Frustrating"
My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but one of the items came in the wrong size. Customer service did help get it sorted out, so I didn’t completely lose out, but it was still annoying having to spend extra time fixing something that should’ve been right the first time. Not a bad experience overall, just not one I’d want to deal with again

I’ve ordered from playmakers a few times now, and the loyalty points are handy. I got a little discount on my last order, which was a nice bonus. Shipping has usually been quick, though one order took longer than I expected, which felt avoidable. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the rewards showed up or updated a bit faster

"Customer service was painfully just okay"
I had to reach out to support about my order, and wow, it felt like I was waiting forever for replies. They did eventually get back to me and fixed the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt way slower than it needed to be. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating and not exactly impressive.

"Really helped me get the right fit"
The fit advice was spot on, honestly. I wasn’t totally sure what size to go with, but the recommendation helped a lot, a lot. Ended up fitting just right
